Did this a few months ago.
The top part of the ram's head pops off and I laid some left over vinyl from my rally stripes over it.
Blue is my accent color so I think it came out pretty good. It was easy and really didnt cost me anything.
Once the vinyl (or paint if you choose) is in place just pop the ram's head back on...enjoy
