Is it open under the hood. Got any pictures? Does it come painted? first, it came in primer. second, it was all closed when i got it the front and under hood thats the only way you can get one from them they do that for added strength when shipping, mine is all open now. Finally the pics   | |

| cutting it wasn't hard the front was marked and i just used a cut off wheel and then a dremil with a sanding wheel. now the bottom was a bit more difficult. it wasn't marked. we then started we started about in the middle of the scoop then worked our way out till we were happy with the size hole then finished with the dremil. we also went along the edge of the hood with a dremil to smooth it a bit. the fiberglass is Very think i was surprised, so it did take sometime cutting through it. i got mine painted for $150 by a friends dad. it fits better than my stock hood did. had a few problems bolting the grill on, had to open up the holes on the grill this hood required bigger diameter threaded bolts and i only got 3 bolt holding my grill on now not 4. they screwed up putting the threads in the fiberglass by a 1/4 inch so i said screw it 3 hold just fine. | |
